Tofu topped with sticky sauce - ANKAKE TOFU Recipe


This is an easy and yummy way of eating tofu. Ready in 10 mins.

*300g tofu - soft or hard
*50g thinly sliced pork -optional

for sticky sauce
*1 tbs grated ginger
*50ml SAORI Soba Noodle Sauce
*50ml water
*1 tbs corn flour

Garnish
*1 tbs spring onion (chopped)
*dried red chills to taste

1: If you are using pork, stir-fry it with a small amount of olive oil until the pork is cooked
2: stir-fry tofu (in a little olive oil) for few minutes
3: mix the sticky sauce mixture in a bowl and pour it into the tofu
4: cook until thick and sticky
5: put into a serving bowl and top with garnish
6: enjoy your homemade Japanese meal
