Chicken Tatsuta with Ponzu Dressing Recipe
I don't eat a lot of meat but I REALLY want to eat these chicken balls sometimes. SAORI Citrus and Soya Dressing and grated Japanese radish gives chicken a light and refreshing taste.
*1 big chicken breast - cubed
*1 piece garlic - finely chopped
*2 tbs SAORI Citrus Soya Dressing
*1 egg - beaten
*2 tbs corn flour
*olive oil - enough for a shallow fry
*1 cucumber - sliced
Sauce
*1 spring onion - finely chopped
*3 tbs grated Japanese Radish (Daikon)
*2 tbs parsley - finely chopped
*2 tbs SAORI Citrus Soya Dressing
1: marinate chicken in garlic, Citrus Soya Dressing and egg for 15 mins
2: put corn flour in the marinade, mix well and shallow fry until chicken is cooked.
3: place cucumber and chicken on a dish and pour sauce mix on top .
4: enjoy your homemade Japanese meal at home!
