Gold, Silver, Bronze medals... 2013 Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards
Yay!!!!! SAORI Premium Japanese Sauce got Gold, Silver and Bronze medals from the 2013 Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards!!!!!!!!!! I entered 4 sauces and got 4 awards! When I first started making these sauces I was wondering if I should Australianise/westernise the flavours. I am so glad I didn't. I kept true to the authentic Japanese taste.
◎Gold: Seaweed and Soya Japanese Sauce -Tofu, Teriyaki, Soba Sauce
※NO1 score ( 98 points) in ther whole sauce category
◎Silver: Apple and Soya Japanese BBQ Sauce
◎Bronze: Citrus and Soya Dressing AND Sesame and Soya Dressing
