Egg Noodle Salad - Japanese Style Recipe
I did a cooking demo at Mulgrave Farmers Market today. It was a really quick and easy dish. This is what I did.
Noodle Salad - Japanese Style Recipe
*3 dried egg noodles (approx. 200g)
*100g salad mix
*half red capsicum
*half green capsicum
*1 tin mixed beans (I used the 5 bean mix)
*half cucumber
*SAORI Citrus & Soya Dressing
Garnish
*crushed peanuts
*dried chilli
1:boil egg noodles in hot water for 5-10mins (depends on type)
2:while boiling the noodles, cut capsicums and cucumber into small pieces.
3:rince the noodles in cold water and drain well.
4:place noodles on a plate and put mixed salad, capsicums, cucumber, mixed beans on top.
5:Garnish with crushed peanuts and dried chilli.
6:Drizzle with SAORI Citrus & Soya Dressing
7:Enjoy home cooked Japanese meal !
* Any cold meat goes well with this dish,too.
