Japanese potato korroke (Japanese style crockets) is definitely one of my favourite street foods. I grew up in a small town (about 1 1/2 hour drive from Sapporo) so there weren't any takeaway food stores there. SO...I used to buy some korroke (in a little family owned butcher shop) on my way home from cram school and eat them on the street with my friends. YUM!
