【traditional wakame tofu miso soup recipe】gluten free, vegan friendly)
Ingredients (serves 4)
1 tbsp dried wakame seaweed
100g silken tofu - cubed
1/2 spring onion - finely chopped
1 satchel SAORI 100% Natural Japanese Dashi Broth
2-3 tbsp white miso paste
500ml cold water
SAORI Yuzu Spice (*optional)
Recipe
1: put SAORI 100% Natural Japanese Dashi Broth in 500ml cold water. Heat until boiling
2: add tofu and wakame seaweed (cook for a further 2 minutes on medium heat)
3: flavour with miso paste
4: remove Dashi satchel
5: garnish with spring onion
6: If you like a little bit of spice, sprinkle on SAORI Yuzu Spice
*Note: Always add miso in the end to maximise the health benefits of the live culture in miso paste.
