Yakisoba Recipe



Ingredients serves 2
*200g hokkien/egg/chaomien noodles
*half onion - sliced
*half green capsicum - sliced
*50g pork or beef - sliced
*1 tbsp sesame oil
*1 knob of garlic - chopped
*2 tbsp SAORI Tsuyu (Seaweed & Soya) Japanese Sauce
*2 tbsp oyster sauce
*pepper or chilli to taste
*optional - bonito flakes

1: boil noodles in boiling water for 1-2 minutes
2: rinse the noodles in cold water
3: fry garlic in sesame oil until golden brown, then cook the meat and vegetables
4: add the noodles into the frying pan and then flavour with SAORI Tsuyu Sauce and oyster sauce. Mix it well.
5: serve in a bowl and put pepper or chilli to taste.
6: garnish with bonito flakes (optional)
