Boiled Pork and Lettuce with Ponzu Daikon Recipe
Boil sliced pork and lettuce in water, 50 ml Saori seaweed and soya Japanese sauce and one slice of ginger for 20 min. Don't put pork into hot water .Start with cold water. This make pork tender.
Put pork and lettuce on the plate and garnish with greated daikon ( Japanese radish ) and then drizzle Saori citrus and soya dressing. It is great simmer dish! Oishi!
