Furofuki Daikon Recipe
This was my mums regular menu in japan when I was little. Peal daikon - Japanese radish and slice into 1cm piece. Boil them for 10-15 min. Slice pork into small piece and stir fry until pork is cooked. Put daikon and pork into frying pan. Pour Saori seaweed and soya Japanese sauce -I used 150 ml for this - 100ml water and 1 table spoon of miso paste. Cook with low heat for 10-15 min until the flavor get into daikon. I put little bit of chill for garnish. Yummy! Have rice with rice seasonings. It goes really well.
