Daikon & Carrot Salad Recipe

*1 carrot
*1/2 daikon (Japanese radish)
*2 tbsp SAORI Ponzu (Citrus & Soya Japanese Sauce)
*garnish - optional
bonito fish flakes, sesame seeds

【Recipe】
1: cut carrot and daikon into thin strips (use a cheese grater) and mix together
2: drizzle on SAORI Ponzu
3: garnish with bonito flakes and sesame seeds
