I've always made all my sauces/seasonings from scratch. The reason why? I really don't like all the artificial nasties that are common in supermarket varieties.
SAORI Premium Japanese Sauce became my way of sharing delicious and chemical free cooking outside of my home.
The more I explore the world of cooking, the list of things I don't buy anymore seems to grow by the day. I love the taste of natural things, and once I have successfully made them I just can't go back.
Making things yourself is easier, and a lot more fun, than you think.
Oh...and if you really want to eat something on this page but don't have the time to do it yourself...I can make it for you.
